Clean but complicated....what makes this complicated? doesn't look complicated to me, remove layers if need be, Desktop Visualizer, Zooper Widget/UCCW Photoshop or GIMP...you supplied the PSD, doesn't look difficult to me, but it does look good
The following apps are necessary: Uccw Widget , Any launcher (apex or nova)
Note: This may come out differently depending on your phone.
Download the zip and extract the png unless you know how to use photoshop and want to edit it through the psd which is also in the zip.
Move the png to your sdcard. Then apply it as your homescreen wallpaper.
Go to your apex /nova launcher settings > Homescreen settings > Portrait grid > I recommend 9x9 or something big (the highest is 10x10) > After choosing go scroll down to Horizontal margin / Vertical margin(still in the homescreen settings) and set it as none. Then exit the settings menu.
Open up uccw or simply make a widget by long pressing the screen and choosing through the widget selections of uccw. Depending on what you chose for your portrait grid, choose a size that fits. So if you have a 9x9 protrait grid pick a 5x2 and resize it to the fullest extent. Make one more same 5x2 and one above the other on the bottom of the wallpaper. Tap the 5x2 and it'll open up to the uccw editing screen. Background > Alpha > 0. (I won't explain how uccw works, its fairly easy and google may also help) Now you start adding the time / date / battery / static text (just text) for the right side and match it up inside the boxes, as you can see on the screenshot. Leave the left side blank.
Now you add the hotspots. As you press the select object (background or whatever selection your on) select hotspots. Here's a tutorial www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dz2zf_...
Just make the boxes of the hotspots large enough to fit the png wallpaer boxes. Then you set the applications and what not and you're good to go.
I don't recommend using this setup because its so confusing and may not come out exactly on your phone. But there are plenty of other setups that are similar to this on deviant~ Have fun!
